With an athletic, energizing approach to Pilates, Andie is an Equinox alumn who loves to challenge clients while always honoring their unique bodies and individual needs. Her sessions blend strength, precision, and mindful movement, helping clients build confidence, resilience, and long-term functional fitness.
Szu is a Seaport-based Pilates instructor certified through Equinox. She brings a mix of classical and contemporary Pilates with a focus on building strength, balance, and control. Her classes are designed to help clients feel stronger, move better, and connect with their bodies on a deeper level.
Mako grew up playing a wide range of sports, with basketball as her main focus while also developing a strong background in dance, including hip hop, house, and street jazz. Her Pilates journey began as a hobby but quickly grew into a deep passion as she discovered its importance for strength, balance, and overall well-being. Mako is a certified BASI Pilates Teacher, with a strong foundation in Pilates principles and teaching to inspire her clients to true wellness. " I’m committed to helping others experience the benefits of Pilates in both body and mind."
Alice is certified through the Equinox 450 hour Pilates Comprehensive Training Program. She believes Pilates is the most effective way to prevent injuries and live in a happy, healthy body for as long as possible. She enjoys working with everybody on their goals, whether it be posture or getting into the best shape of their life. "If you walk away from my class feeling like you had a full body workout that left you understanding your body a little bit more then I have achieved my goal." When not teaching Pilates, Alice is a partner dancer; a professional ballet dancer turned West Coast Swing dancer.
Jackie is a Pilates instructor certified through the Equinox Comprehensive Training Program. She found Pilates during a search for movement that felt good rather than overwhelming—and discovered a practice she loved enough to teach. Jackie believes in building strength through ease, celebrating the “silly shapes” and subtle improvements that remind clients they don’t need to push to extremes to grow. Her teaching blends classical principles with a supportive, approachable style designed to help clients feel strong, grounded, and connected to their bodies.
